The SVDP Annual Friends of the Poor Walk is more than a fundraiser—it’s a movement of compassion.
Join us on Saturday, October 10, 2026 for the Society of St Vincent de Paul Friends of the Poor Walk to benefit the Richmond area St Vincent de Paul's Conferences and their work with our neighbors in need.
10 AM - Check-in Opens - Pick up Shirt
11:00 AM - Walk Starts
After the Lunch provided by Silver Dinner
Before or After Walk Bid on Silent Auction Baskets and purchase Raffle tickets for great prizes!
The walk is a 1 mile walk around the campus of St Michael's Catholic Church at 4491 Springfield Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
We hope you register to participate and walk and support our Conference! And if you can't walk, please consider coming to the FOP Walk to cheer by the sidelines and take part in all the festivities and raffles that day.
Last year alone, the Society helped over 15,000 of our neighbors across the Diocese of Richmond with over $1,400,000 in financial and food assistance.
Join us and take a step to end poverty for those we serve.
